Ingredientes:
- 500g. de harina de fuerza
- 200g. de nata
- 175g. de leche
-70g. de azúcar
-10g. de levadura fresca de panadería
- 2 huevos
- 8g. de sal
Preparación:
Diluir la levadura con la leche. En una amasadora o robot de cocina poner los huevos, el azúcar, la nata y la sal, batir. A continuación añadir la harina, y la mezcla de leche y levadura, amasar hasta que la masa esté suave, elástica y se despegue de las paredes del vaso. Tapar y dejar levar hasta que doble el volumen. Amasar de nuevo, formar bolas y ponerlas en una bandeja, dejar levar otra vez. Hornear a 180º ( horno precalentado) unos 30 minutos. Espolvorear con azúcar glas.
